  • Flags and jerseys are printed on demand, so they may take slightly longer to process before shipping.

Shipping Time

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service, and external factors.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details are automatically shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take some time to reflect until the package reaches the courier hub.

Separate Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items (such as clothing and flags), they may be shipped separately.

  • You may receive items in multiple deliveries.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and locations.

  • COD availability may vary based on serviceability.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier routing issues

  • High order volumes

  • Holidays or unforeseen circumstances

  • Local hub congestion

Incorrect Address or Phone Number

  • If incorrect details are provided, the delivery may fail.

  • In such cases, the order will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping can be arranged with an additional reshipping fee.
