At Pink Matter, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • You may be asked to provide images/videos of the issue for verification


Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Slight color differences due to lighting/screens

  • Delays caused by courier services


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for size or preference reasons.


Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued in store credit.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


Custom Products

  • Custom flags are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
