- Flags and jerseys are printed on demand, so they may take slightly longer to process before shipping.
Shipping Time
- Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service and external factors.
Tracking Information
- Tracking details are automatically shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
- Tracking updates may take some time to reflect until the package reaches the courier hub.
Separate Shipments
- If your order contains multiple items (such as clothing and flags), they may be shipped separately.
- You may receive items in multiple deliveries.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and locations.
- COD availability may vary based on serviceability.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Courier routing issues
- High order volumes
- Holidays or unforeseen circumstances
- Local hub congestion
Incorrect Address or Phone Number
- If incorrect details are provided, the delivery may fail.
- In such cases, the order will be returned to us.
- Re-shipping can be arranged for an additional reshipping fee.
