Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Pinkmatter , we strive to provide a seamless experience, no matter where you live. 

  • All orders would be processed within 3 - 6 working days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or call.   • If a customer enters incorrect details (pincode, phone number, address, etc.) while placing the order, they must notify us within 12 hours. Pinkmatter will not be responsible for failed deliveries if the customer informs us after the order has already been processed with incorrect details.
