At PINKMATTER, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The product received is defective
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- You may be asked to provide images or videos of the issue for verification
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Slight colour differences due to lighting or screen settings
- Delays caused by courier services
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for size or preference reasons.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to store credit.
- It may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Custom Products
Custom pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
